For as much as Susan loves to cook, and for as much as we all love to eat whatever she cooks, you're probably not surprised to learn, Faithful Reader, that we are fans of The Splendid Table, a weekly radio program on all things culinary, hosted by the wonderful Lynne Rossetto Kasper. I guess we used to find ourselves in the car of a Sunday afternoon more often than we do now, because I recall catching The Splendid Table often while driving to or fro before we moved to southwest ND. It's still on Sunday afternoons on our local Prairie Public radio station, but we're not usually in the car with the radio on at that time, so it's been a while.
Well, something in our conversation over brunch today made us recollect the inviting voice of Rossetto Kasper and the unfathomable depths of her cookery knowledge. So I visited her on the Interwebs and thought I'd pass along the link so that you, too, can experience the divine wisdom and recipes of The Splendid Table!
