We now interrupt our regularly scheduled blogging to bring you this weather alert:
It is currently 106 degrees Fahrenheit in Dickinson, ND. But, according to the Weather Channel, it "feels like 103."
Well, now, then, that's not so bad. (Tell that to the severe weather heat advisory . . .)
It seems especially fitting that it would be this hot here right now--when we visited Cathy and Kathy out in Oregon three years ago, THEY were having record-breaking hot temperatures, and their apartment wasn't air conditioned.

ReplyDeleteBut it's a dry heat! (we have been having such terrible humidity....the norm for Nebraska!) Don't bother with fancy hairdo's around here....they go pretty straight rather quickly!
ReplyDeleteWow! I think you need to take a trip to the upper Northeast. . . wait, the temps are rising here too, however, we're not slated for 100's. . . yet! Keep cool!
