It's a Marshmallow World in the Summer

Yes, welcome to North Dakota. A fellow Dickinsonian wrote online that, in North Dakota, global warming isn't a problem; it's a goal. Here are a few more views of what we saw when we awoke this morning:

And it's still snowing. There's quite a blanket of snow now across the lawns in the neighborhood and atop the cars parked on the street. I mowed the lawn a few days ago and now may have to snowblow the driveway. Unbelievable.

P.S. The girls are downstairs right now listening to Christmas music CDs. Hoo-boy.

  1. When I was driving towards the mall this morning, I got behind a sand truck!!! Yep -- June 6, and they had to sand the roads because of the snow.
