Abigail's All-Nighter

Abigail went in for an EEG today (catch up here), and the procedure itself was standard and uneventful.  Here she is ready for electrodes to be attached to the special cap:

More eventful was our night leading up to this morning's EEG.  Abigail needed to be "sleep-deprived" before sitting for the test, so she had to stay awake all night before going in today!  I stayed up with Abigail until around 3:00 A.M., and then Susan got up to stay awake with her while I got a few hours of sleep.  She and I watched some TV and played computer games.  She and Susan played games on the Wii and then ate a big breakfast at 4:30 A.M.  I took the other girls to school and then went to work myself while Susan took Abigail to the hospital.  They got in some naps today and will sleep soundly tonight.  We should hear test results in a couple days.

Keep praying.

  1. I'm very anxious, as I'm sure you all are, to hear about those results. Hugs....
